       OUR HASSLE-FREE POLICY FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please record an unboxing video from start
to finish, showing the package and the
product. Without this video, we cannot
accept any complaints.

- Easy Exchanges: Need a different size or received a damaged item? No worries! You have a generous 3 days window from the delivery date to request an exchange. We only give a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery.

- No Questions Asked Manufacturing Defect Policy: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect,we'll happily Exchange/Return your product after verification.

- Nominal Exchange/Return Fee: A fee of ₹250 will be charged for normal exchanges to cover the cost of reverse pickup and new exchange order delivery. This fee is applicable one time per order.

- Returns: Returns are refunded as store credit.

    Conditions for Return:

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The original packaging must be intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

      How to Return:

      1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your product.
      2. Provide your order number, and details of the issue, and include photos if the product is damaged.
      3. Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

        Non-Eligible Returns:

        • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
        • Products without proof of purchase.

        Cancellation Made Easy:

        • Asnowera allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
        • If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order ( If Status changed as shipped within 24 hours then also we cannot cancel order as order moved from our warehouse ). 
        • Order once moved to shipped can not be cancelled.
        • If order had been cancelled by us then only Refund will be procedure within 7 days by same payment method.
        • In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can raise request on info@asnowera.com. 

        Changed your mind? No problem:

        • Cancel prepaid orders within 12 hours for a full refund.
        • Similarly, COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours by reaching out to us.
        • Rest assured, if we need to cancel an order for any reason, we'll inform you promptly.

          Refund Process:

          Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 6-7 business days. You will receive a store credit that can be used towards your next purchase.

          A Note to Remember:

          • Exchange requests are honoured only once per order.
          • After receiving confirmation for your exchange/return request, our delivery partner will pick up the product.

          Color and Description Discrepancy:

          • The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Asnowera believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

          Embellishment Related Issues:

          • Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
